How do you ensure quality? +
Production samples are approved before volume manufacturing. Our QC team performs 100% inspection during production, with checks before and after packing and final inspection before shipment.
Which products can we buy? +
Essential oil bottles, perfume bottles, diffuser bottles, candle jars and liquor bottles, with matching sprayers, caps, labels and paper boxes.
Can bottles and jars be printed, hot stamped or labeled? +
Yes. We offer screen printing, hot stamping and labeling. Artwork, placement and the final effect are approved through samples.
Can bottles, jars and caps have custom colors? +
Yes, we can develop your requested colors. Final colors and surface effects follow the samples approved by both parties.
Can you make bottles from our design? +
Yes. We support OEM, ODM and custom mold development, including 3D design, prototyping and samples.
How can we receive a quotation quickly? +
Include the item number or reference images, capacity, color, printing requirements and order quantity, together with packaging and delivery needs. We will prepare a complete quotation as soon as possible.
What is the minimum order quantity? +
Usually 1,000 pieces. Selected stock bottles may be available from 500 pieces, subject to the specific design and stock confirmation. Products in our website catalog retain their displayed 1,000-piece MOQ. Small orders have higher unit costs because of shipping and local charges.
Do you offer samples? +
Yes, samples are available for quality checks and can be customized. Sample costs, shipping and production time are confirmed for the selected product and requirements.
What are the usual delivery times? +
Stock products: typically 5–9 days. Volume production: typically 18–28 days. A new custom mold plus production: typically 33–48 days. Exact timing depends on quantity, complexity and sample approval, and is agreed for each project.
Which delivery terms and shipping methods are available? +
FOB, CIF, EXW, CIP, DDP and courier delivery can be discussed. Trial orders can use FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT. Larger orders can travel by sea or air, with door-to-door arrangements coordinated as required. Routes and terms follow the quotation.
Which payment methods and currencies are accepted? +
T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, credit card, PayPal and Western Union can be discussed. Accepted currencies include USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, CNY and CHF. The method, deposit and balance arrangements follow the order agreement.
Which languages can we use? +
